Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal policy for purchases made through the comestai.io shop

This policy applies to purchases made remotely, as a consumer, through the shop on the comestai.io Website, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (the "Consumer Code").

1. Right of Withdrawal

The User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason and at no cost, provided that the code received following the purchase has not yet been used.

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send an explicit and unambiguous statement of their decision to withdraw from the contract to the following address: amministrazione@comestai.io.

For this purpose, the User may use the standard withdrawal form set out at the bottom of this page, or make their statement in any other unambiguous written form. The communication must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase and, in any case, before the code received is used.

3. Refund

In the event of withdrawal, Come Stai will refund the full amount paid within 14 days from the date the withdrawal communication is received, using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction, at no cost to the User.

4. Forfeiture of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal lapses once the User uses the code received following the purchase, by scanning the QR code or entering the code in the App, the User having given, at the time of purchase, express consent to the immediate performance of the service before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged the consequent loss of the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letters a) and m), of the Italian Consumer Code.
