Come Stai S.p.A. is committed to making its website www.comestai.health (hereinafter, the "Service") accessible in accordance with applicable accessibility legislation, in particular Directive (EU) 2019/882 ("European Accessibility Act"), transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022, which extended Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004 ("Legge Stanca") to private economic operators, and with the relevant technical standards (EN 301 549 and the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines).

This statement applies to:

1. Compliance status

This Service is partially compliant with the requirements of the EN 301 549 standard and the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines, due to the non-compliances listed in the next section. A remediation plan is under way to achieve full compliance.

2. Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons.

a) Non-compliance with accessibility legislation

b) Disproportionate burden

No exemption for disproportionate burden is currently invoked under the applicable legislation.

c) Content not falling within the scope of the applicable legislation

3. Preparation of this statement

This statement was drawn up on 30 July 2026.

The method used to prepare it was a self-assessment carried out by the service provider, with a technical review of the Service's main pages against the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. This statement will be reviewed and updated periodically and, in any case, at least annually, by 23 September of each year.
