Come Stai S.p.A. provides this information pursuant to Article 12 and Annex IV of Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 ("European Accessibility Act"), and the AgID Guidelines on the accessibility of services. The technical reference is the EN 301 549 standard with the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines.

1. Description of the service

The website www.comestai.health is the presentation page of the white-label product for measuring wellness parameters through video selfie, aimed at organisational customers. It includes:

• the informational page, in English, with a demonstration video of the app;
• the "Ask for a demo" form, presented in a window overlaid on the page.

2. How the service works

The user reads the page and can watch the demonstration video, which starts without sound, loops continuously and can be paused with a dedicated control. To request a demonstration, the user fills in the form with name, email and the organisation's details and accepts the privacy notice; the request is used to get back in touch with them. The site does not allow purchases. This information is available as text on this page.

3. How the service meets the accessibility requirements

The following measures are adopted, with reference to the requirements of Annex I of the decree and the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria:

• a single main heading (h1), main content area identified, link to skip to the content and page language declared;
• "Ask for a demo" window with the role of a dialog window and an associated title; on opening, the focus moves to the first field and stays inside the window while it is open, with the rest of the page made inactive; the window closes with the Esc key, returning the focus to the control that opened it;
• form with a label associated with every field and required fields indicated; in case of error, the message is linked to the field, which is marked as invalid, and the focus moves to the first field to be corrected;
• demonstration video without sound, with a keyboard-operable control to pause and resume it and with a text description of its content;
• colours of text and error messages checked with automated tools against level AA (minimum contrast ratio 4.5:1);
• link to this statement in the page footer.

4. Verification and monitoring

The compliance of the service is verified at every substantial change to the pages and, in any case, at least once a year. User reports (point 8) are handled as non-compliances to be corrected. The documentation of the checks is kept for as long as the service is operational and may be made available to AgID upon request.

5. Compliance status and non-accessible content

This service is partially compliant with the requirements of the EN 301 549 standard and the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines, due to the non-compliances listed below.

a) Non-compliance with accessibility legislation

• a systematic check with real assistive technologies (screen readers) has not yet been completed, nor has an exhaustive manual check of colour contrast ratios;
• this assessment covered the public home page and the "Ask for a demo" form: any sub-pages have not yet been the subject of technical verification.

b) Disproportionate burden

No exemption for disproportionate burden or for fundamental modification is currently invoked under the applicable legislation.

c) Content not falling within the scope of the applicable legislation

• third-party content neither funded nor developed by, nor under the control of, Come Stai S.p.A. (for example, widgets and forms provided by external parties);
• multimedia content or documents published by third parties.

6. Tracking and disability-related data

Come Stai S.p.A. does not use tracking techniques (such as cookies or browser fingerprinting) from which it would be possible to infer disability conditions of users, nor does it collect information about the tools, settings or assistive technologies that users use to access the site. The page does not load third-party analytics or profiling tools.

7. Preparation and review of this statement

This statement was drawn up on 30 July 2026 and last reviewed on 12 October 2026.

The method used is a self-assessment carried out by the service provider, with a technical analysis of the website's home page and of the demo request form against the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria and a keyboard navigation check. The information is verified periodically and at every change to the service, as indicated in point 4.
