Come Stai S.p.A. is committed to making its institutional website (hereinafter, the "Service") accessible in accordance with applicable accessibility legislation, in particular Directive (EU) 2019/882 ("European Accessibility Act"), transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022, which extended Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004 ("Legge Stanca") to private economic operators, and with the relevant technical standards (EN 301 549 and the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines).

This statement applies to:

• the institutional website available at comestai.io and its related informational and promotional sections;
• the legal and informational pages published in the legal documents section.

1. Compliance status

This Service is partially compliant with the requirements of the EN 301 549 standard and the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines, due to the non-compliances listed in the next section. A remediation plan is under way to achieve full compliance.

2. Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons.

a) Non-compliance with accessibility legislation

• the PDF document "Politica per la Qualità" (Quality Policy), previously a scan with no text layer, has been regenerated as native, tagged text (PDF/UA-1), resolving the previously non-compliant WCAG 1.1.1 and 1.3.1 criteria;
• the contact and newsletter forms rely on native browser validation (required, field type), which natively exposes the error message to assistive technologies; on the accessibility feedback form on this page, the error is now announced both through a summary message and programmatically associated with the specific invalid field (aria-invalid/aria-describedby), resolving the WCAG 3.3.1 and 4.1.3 criteria previously non-compliant on this form;
• some legacy documentary content in a non-reflowable format may not be fully accessible with assistive technologies;
• a systematic check with real assistive technologies (screen readers) and keyboard-only navigation has not yet been completed, nor has an exhaustive check of colour contrast ratios across all pages;

b) Disproportionate burden

No exemption for disproportionate burden is currently invoked under the applicable legislation.

c) Content not falling within the scope of the applicable legislation

• third-party content neither funded nor developed by, nor under the control of, Come Stai S.p.A. (for example, widgets and forms provided by external parties);
• multimedia content or documents published by third parties.

3. Preparation of this statement

This statement was drawn up on 30 July 2026 and last reviewed on 2 September 2026.

The method used to prepare it was a self-assessment carried out by the service provider, with a technical review of the Service's main pages against the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. This statement will be reviewed and updated periodically and, in any case, at least annually, by 23 September of each year.

If you encounter an accessibility problem while using the Service, or wish to request content in an accessible format that is not currently available as such, you can report it by filling in the form below. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

5. Enforcement procedure

If the reply to your report is not satisfactory, or if you receive no reply, you may contact the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID), the authority responsible for supervising compliance with accessibility requirements, through the channels indicated on its institutional website www.agid.gov.it.
